Through the innovative Artist Evolution program, the team works with dedicated artists building strategies, connecting them to a network, professionalizing their tool kits, and developing the skills and confidence needed to manage their own careers. Misfit’s team members have been nominated for and won multiple awards and the company, as a whole, has received a 2024 Western Canadian Music Award nomination for Impact in Artist Development.
